Unconscious bias is a prejudice or stereotype that we hold about a person or group of people that is outside of our conscious awareness. This course will explain what unconscious bias is, and how we can reduce this in order to create a more inclusive workplace.

  • To learn how to reduce unconscious bias in our own thinking and behaviour.
