HR compliance in the UK is the process of ensuring that an organisation's human resources (HR) practices meet all applicable laws and regulations. This is relevant to managing the employment relationship from recruitment to dismissal, including day to day employee relations, employee benefits and workplace safety. This course covers the different laws and regulations in these areas and tips for compliance.
