Description

Projects that are meant to improve an existing process follow a road-map for success known as the DMAIC process. Sometimes, though, a process might need to be completely replaced or redesigned rather than just improved. In such cases, teams can employ the DMADV method. This course will give you a basic understanding of how a project team approaches a problem or process improvement.

A useful introduction to Change Management using the DMAIC and DMADV approach. The opportunity to follow this up with a course covering the next level is great. This contained just the right amount of information to cover the introduction of the subject
