Description

5S is a Japanese Lean approach to organising a workspace. The method is based on five steps: Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardise, Sustain. These result in increased profits and customer satisfaction, which are the overall goals of the Six Sigma methodology. This course will explain how to follow this approach in your own workplace.
