The Oxford English Dictionary defines customers as “a person of a specified kind with whom one has to deal”.  This may be someone who buys the goods or services that your organisation provides, but it may also be a Service User, a Stakeholder or a Patient (dependent on what your organisation does). This course covers customer expectations, loyal customers and how to handle complaints.
