It not only affects workplace productivity but workers who misuse alcohol or drugs are several times more likely to be involved in a workplace accident. This course will cover both your employer’s and your own responsibilities to help keep everyone safe.

● To understand your manager’s responsibilities
● To learn how to spot the signs of alcohol or drugs use
● To understand what to do if an employee tells you they have a problem
● To learn what to do if you suspect that the employee is misusing drugs or alcohol outside of work
● To learn what to do if a worker is clearly under the influence or drugs or alcohol
